Def is Turning 9

My blackberry status today : Def is turning 9.

Yess, happy birthday my handsome boy.  All our best wishes delivered to you, forever.

Semakin besar, Def semakin sadar akan hari ulang tahunnya.  Jadi dia pun udah jauh2 hari ambil ancang2 minta kado.  Semakin dekat harinya, dia sendiri yg kebingungan mau kado apa, karena kita cuman mau kasih 3 kado aja #bukanpelitbelajarirityanak.  Gitu juga dgn kue ulang tahunnya.  Def gak mau lagi dipesenin cupcakes seperti tahun lalu, dia mau kue ulang tahun yg besar. Temanya pun berapa kali gonta ganti, tapi intinya dia minta temanya LEGO.  Oke, it's a nice theme anyway.

Pas hari ulang tahunnya, Def sendiri yg ambil kuenya di dapurq, bareng Bapak dan Qisha.  Kuenya oke, just like I imagine. 

Acara ulang tahunnya sendiri biasa aja, seperti tahun2 lalu, kita hanya nyanyi bareng, tiup lilin dan potong kue berlima aja (sama Oma).  Yang paling seru tentu aja pas waktunya buka kado heheheee... karena kita nyatanya gak cuma kasih 3 kado buat Def, tapii.... jreng jrenggg... 8 kado yeay!

Happy bornday ya my handsome boy.  We wish you to be a sholeh boy, smart, healthy, caring, loving, more patience to everyone and less anger, more independent and more helpfull.  We love you till the end.

Movies Marathon Date

This weekend is a movie date with my handsome son.  Because it will be two movies in two days, so we can call it a movie marathon date, yihaaa...

Begin with "Madre" a coffee table book launching at Gramedia Bookstore in Matraman a week before, where all the writer, the producer and the casts were coming.  Where the mommy can not stop screaming everytime Vino G Bastian moved, hahahaaaa... Vinooooo...  And the mommy asked the son to take her picture during the book signing session, and it turn to be fiuuuhh...  Never mind, as long as I got signatures of all casts and the writer on my "Madre" book, plus a cheek to cheek kiss with Vino G Bastion.

We watch the movie "Madre" first, based on the novelet from (again) Dee. The stroy is about the bread, a bread store, with a love story in between.  Starring Vino G Bastian, Laura Basuki and Didi Petet.  I think this is the first Indonesian movie which take a food as a theme.  This time, I read the book first, then watch the movie.  Found out some differences, but it turn to be a good one.  I like both version, the book and the movie.

The next day, we watch "Tampan Tailor".  Don't have a clue about this movie, except some review described how good Vino's acting was.  Oh yes, the movie starring by Vino G Bastian with his beautiful wife Marsha Timothy and the new young comer Jefan Nathanio.  The movie is about a father who struggle from job to job, for her son's sake.  It a sad movie inspired from a real story but as always turn to be an happy ending.  By watching it with Def, I hope he learn how hard his parents are to work for a living.

The movie, "Madre" and "Tampan Tailor", with Vino G Bastian in it as the actor, both are launched together on 28 March 2013.  Both are the movies I never regret to watch it.  Congrats, Vino!  I will be your number one fan!

HK Cupcakes for the Birthday Girl

Setelah kita pesen cupcakes untuk ulang tahun Quinsha tahun lalu, kita pun ketagihan untuk pesen lagi (well, lebih tepatnya, emaknya yg ketagihan sih,,).  Maunya pesen lagi di BundaCorner, tapiiii ternyata yang bersangkutan gak bisa delivery pas hari MInggu, sedangkan ultahnya Qisha kan hari Minggu.  Males browsing2 lagi, krn lagi sibuk nyiapin kado, jadilah dipasrahkan ke dapurq aja.  Kalo soal rasa cakenya dapurq udah pasti juara deh ya, tapi sayangnya dia gak bisa bikinin dekorasi 3D.  Jadi deal dengan dekorasi 2D, itupun hanya dibeda2in dengan warna pita2nya aja, sedangkan gambar mukanya sama semua.  Mudah2an Qisha senang ya.

Jam 9an, Bapak pun pergi dianter kakak untuk jemput kuenya.  Deg2an nungguin kuenya bakalan kayak apa, dan ternyata pas ngeliat kuenya, eh yaampun, cute banget sih nih Hello Kitty, sayang banget kalo mesti dimakan :)

Untuk filing cupcakes-nya, ibu pilih 4 macam yaitu red velvet, green tea, coklat dan strawberry.  Red velvet is the best!  Can not stop eat them, eventhough those Helly Kitty's face is too cute to be eaten :)

Quinsha 3rd Bday

It's little princess birthday today, yeaaay...

Quinsha is 3 years old today, and she is very excited about it. She can not wait while Bapak and Kakak Def are going to pick up the bday cupcake from @dapurq.  While mommy arrange the gifts on the table.  Well, the gifts were already prepared since last month.  This is truly mommy's excitement in preparing the gift. 

Same as last year, we just celebrate it at home together, just the 4 of us, since Oma already left to the mosque since early morning.  This year theme, as requested by the lil princess, is Hello Kitty.  Yes, my fave theme ever!

After blow out the canlde and open the gift, we go to the Seaworld at Ancol.  This is one of Qisha's request for her bday.  Since the first time she visited Seaworld some time last year, she kept asking us to go there again.  So for her special day, Seaworld will be one of her gift.  She convinced us that she wont afraid anymore to see the big fish.

As predicted, Qisha is soooo happy when we got there.  If last year she was afraid to come closer to the sharks, now she is not afraid anymore.  She can enjoy watching the sharks swimming all over the giant aquarium.  Although still afraid to touched the turtles and starfish, at leats she is not afraid to get closer to them and watched Kakak Def touching them.  From Seaworld, we go the the beach for a while.

Happy 3rd birthday our little princess, Quinsha.  We wish you all the best.  We wish you to be a sholeha daughter.  We wish you to be a smart, caring and loving girl.  We love you always.
